Q. Is ordering online at Monarch of Santa Fe secure?
A. Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.

All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our employees up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. Q. What if I have difficulties during check out? 
A. Should you encounter any difficulties during the checkout process, please feel free to call me at (505) 819-3611 or e-mail us at monarchcreate@gmail.com.

Q. How can I sign into my account and/or edit the information in my account?
A. If you have previously purchased then you may have opted to create a personal account in our system. If so, you can access this account by clicking on the “Log In” link in the upper center of your computer screen. This takes you to a page where you will be prompted to enter the e-mail address and password that you registered with us when you created the account. If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by click on the “forgot password” link. After your data has been verified, your account data will appear and you can either edit existing information or proceed with the checkout process.

Q. How will I know that you have received my order?
A. After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.

You will also receive a confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

Q. What are your shipping and handling rates?
A. Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are based on the total cost of the order. All shipping costs are calculated using a U.S. Postal Service shipping module.

Q. What are your payment options?
A. We accept four types of major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), Paypal, and wire transfers (for international customers only).

Q. What is your returns policy?
A. I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase. The item must not be broken, worn, and returned within 7 days but you’ll need our approval first to return.  call (505) 819-3611 to receive approval if a return is granted a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Please understand each piece is handmade wearable art. 

Make sure the item is in a resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned items that are marked, broken, or otherwise damaged.

Ship the package to our returns department. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it by USPS priority mail. Returns must be sent postpaid to:

Q. Can I “return” the purchase of an item?
A. All purchases are final but if you call me, I may make an expectation but call first at 505-819-3611. if a return is granted a 20% restocking fee will be applied.  There are no returns for items if not damaged, broken, or not saleable. 

Q. What if I have received a defective item?
A. Defective items may be returned for a replacement or full credit. They must be reported and returned within 30 days of the invoice date. To report a defective book, please contact our customer service department.

Q. How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?
A. All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of the order being placed. Purchases shipped anywhere in the continental United States will arrive within 7-10 business days of the order date. Orders being shipped outside of the United States generally arrive within 3-4 weeks of the order date.

Care, Repair & Returns

Each piece at Monarch of Santa Fe jewelry is designed from a moment of inspiration, handcrafted with precious metals and unique natural stones, and above all, built to last.

But seeing as we’re all imperfect mortals, we thought we’d share some tips to help you protect and care for your personal piece of beauty from Monarch of Santa Fe:

  • When not to wear your jewelry
    • It’s a good idea to remove your Monarch of Santa Fe jewelry before showering, swimming, hot springs, or exercising at the gym. In general, excessive contact with liquids = bad news for your jewelry.
  • Caring for your jewelry at home
    • Storage: Dust, sun, and hard surfaces aren’t your jewelry’s friends either. Keep the elements out by storing your pieces in a jewelry box when you aren’t wearing them.
    • Cleaning: When the inevitable happens and your jewelry needs some light cleaning, don’t touch those liquids, chemical polishes, and dips. A simple two-ply polishing cloth should do the job.
    • Daily care: Life can get busy, but your jewelry is there to make your day brighter. Be gentle with your jewelry. Stones, in particular, can crack or chip from impact with other hard objects.
  • Repairing your jewelry fromMonarch of Santa Fe
    • Repairs: It’s sad but true – accidents happen. If your Monarch of Santa Fe jewelry is damaged on its way to you, please let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make your piece as good as new. If something happens to your Monarch of Santa Fe jewelry because of, well, life, stop by one of our stores or send it to us and we’ll see what we can do (see below for shipping instructions). Once we have a plan, we’ll be in touch about repair time, shipping refunds, and costs.
    • Alterations: We live in a world where one size never fits all. If your jewelry needs some alterations, pay us a visit at one of our storefront locations or send the piece to us as a repair request (see below for shipping instructions).
  • Returning your jewelry to Monarch of Santa Fe
    • We hope our jewelry will find a happy home with you. But if your Monarch of Santa Fe jewelry just isn’t quite right for any reason, is unworn and has the label on it, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days of delivery, or for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

      1. Bubble-wrap your jewelry and place it in a sturdy box with a snug fit and place a letter with your name, address, and contact number. 
      2. Be sure to also include your name, contact information, repair details (repair/return/alteration), and date of purchase.
      3. We recommend getting package tracking, insurance for the full value of your jewelry, and a signature upon delivery.
